Greg has been a practising psychologist for over thirty years. He has worked in senior clinical and management positions in both the state and commonwealth arenas. He has been in private practice for many years. He has held positions in senior clinical roles. One of these roles was Deputy Director and Clinical Director of the Brisbane branch of the Vietnam Veterans Counselling service for eight years. It was in this capacity that he developed an expertise in the assessment and treatment of trauma and its co-morbid conditions.
Greg has worked in a range of settings over the past few decades and he has worked with clients in institutions and mental health facilities dealing with behavioural problems, anxiety, depression and many other mental health problems.
Greg has developed special interests in Trauma Spectrum Disorders, Workplace Bullying and Resilience.
Greg has been the Executive Consultant to the CEO of the Richmond Fellowship (Queensland) for many years.
Greg is the principal of Greg Hodgson and Associates, Clinical and Consulting Psychologists.
Greg is the founder and director of Alliance Psychology and Trauma Consultants Pty Ltd.
